3.1 Freelancers: Freelancers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profiles, service listings, and communication with clients.
3.2 Clients: Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details and timely communication with freelancers.
4.1 Security Measures: HydroJob employs stringent security measures to protect your personal information. User details are stored in encrypted form in our secure database to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.
4.2 Third-Party Disclosure: HydroJob does not share, sell, or disclose any client's personal details to third-party companies. Your information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
6.1 Freelancer Ownership: Freelancers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to the services they provide on HydroJob.
6.2 HydroJob Rights:HydroJob retains the right to display and promote freelancers' services on the platform.
7.1 Withdrawal Process: Freelancers can withdraw their earnings using the provided payment methods. Withdrawals require Photo ID verification for security purposes.
HydroJob reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
HydroJob provides a platform for freelancers and clients to connect, but we do not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any services offered or projects posted on the platform.
